Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to the paid services offered by Dutch Ruling. For refund requests, contact help@dutchruling.com.
Refund terms by service
Expert Check (€49)
Full refund within 24 hours of payment, provided we have not yet begun reviewing your case. Once review begins (typically within 24 hours of submission), the service is non-refundable as the work has been performed.
Application Service (€449)
Full refund within 3 days of payment, provided kickoff has not begun. Once kickoff begins (document collection, dossier work started), the service is non-refundable as work is underway.
Free 15-Minute Call
No payment, nothing to refund. You may reschedule or cancel at any time before the scheduled call.
Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
As an EU consumer, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a digital service. Because our services are delivered quickly, when you purchase a service you ask us to begin immediately and you acknowledge that, once the service has been fully performed, you lose your right of withdrawal. The service-specific windows above describe when you may still withdraw for a full refund.
No refund based on outcome
Our fees pay for the professional service performed, not for a guaranteed result. A decision by the Belastingdienst to reject an application is not grounds for a refund, because the Belastingdienst, not Dutch Ruling, decides the outcome.
If we fail to deliver
If we do not deliver a service as described, you are entitled to a full refund.
How to request a refund
Email help@dutchruling.com with your order details. If something has gone wrong, reach out and we will work it out honestly. Approved refunds are processed within 14 days to your original payment method.
