This Refund Policy applies to the paid services offered by Dutch Ruling. For refund requests, contact help@dutchruling.com.
Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
As an EU consumer, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a digital service. Because our services are delivered quickly, when you purchase a service you ask us to begin immediately and you acknowledge that, once the service has been fully performed, you lose your right of withdrawal. Before performance begins, you may still withdraw for a full refund.
Expert Check (€49)
This is a personalised digital deliverable. It is fully refundable if you request a refund before we have started work. Once the deliverable has been sent to you, the service is complete and the fee is non-refundable.
Free 15-Minute Call
The orientation call is free of charge, so no refund applies. You may reschedule or cancel at any time before the scheduled call.
Application Service (€449)
This service is fully refundable if you cancel before we begin work. If work has started, we will refund the portion of the fee that reflects work not yet done. Once your application has been submitted to the Belastingdienst, the service is complete and the fee is non-refundable.
No refund based on outcome
Our fees pay for the professional service performed, not for a guaranteed result. A decision by the Belastingdienst to reject an application is not grounds for a refund, because the Belastingdienst, not Dutch Ruling, decides the outcome.
If we fail to deliver
If we do not deliver a service as described, you are entitled to a full refund.

Email help@dutchruling.com with your order details. Approved refunds are processed within 14 days to your original payment method.
