    Do you guarantee approval?
    No. Belastingdienst decides every 30% ruling application. We prepare and present your application in the strongest possible way and tell you upfront what risks exist.
    How is this different from the Application Service?
    With the Application Service we write the full application, then your employer signs and posts it. With the Premium Application Service we also sort your employer's signature and file it. The service ends at filing.
    What if I'm not satisfied?
    Premium Application Service is fully refundable within 3 days of payment if kickoff hasn't begun. Once kickoff starts, work is underway. See the Refund Policy page for full terms.
